Introductions, Apologies and Substitutions

[1] Darren Millar: Good morning, everybody. Welcome to today’s meeting of the Public Accounts Committee. If I could just make the usual housekeeping notices to remind Members and those who are presenting to Members that the meeting is bilingual and that headsets can be used for simultaneous translation from Welsh to English. Those same headsets, of course, can be used for sound application for those who require it. If I can encourage everyone to switch off their mobile phones and remind everybody that, in the event of a fire alarm, we should follow the directions from the ushers. We haven’t received any oral declarations of interest, but I’m assuming that they’ll be taken as they arise on the agenda. Item 2 on our agenda today is a paper to note, but I should, of course, record that we have received apologies for absence from Mike Hedges, and I’m very pleased to be able to welcome Gwyn Price to today’s meeting. Welcome to you, Gwyn.
